About
The Author
Florence Gaub is a German-French researcher. Since May 2023, she has been heading the research department at the NATO Defense College in Rome.
Previously, she served as deputy director of the European Union Institute for Security Studies (EUISS) in Paris from 2018 to 2022. Her career has also taken her to the NATO Defense College in Rome.
She studied political science and modern history in Munich and Paris, and earned her doctorate at Humboldt University in Berlin with a dissertation on the Lebanese army.
As a keynote speaker, she addresses international conferences and events on geopolitics, strategic resilience, future scenarios, and security policy – always focused on empowering companies, leaders, and organizations to tackle tomorrow’s global challenges.
